Job Description

-Conducting proposals, Business Plan, Marketing plan, business & competitors circumstances analytic -Intelligence & effective negotiation with customers to gain appropriate result -Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in marketing -Manage and improve online content considering Analytics -Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies -Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests -Analyze and monitor all local ICT activities and their prices and products and update marketing team -Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends -Support general manager to develop a marketing based on local business requirements -Using different marketing tools for effective marketing -Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities -Demonstrate working knowledge of communication methods and tools to carry out change management strategies -Monitor, analyze, and evaluate local market trends and segments, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities; adjust and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions -Monitor, analyze, and manage sales & marketing staff to meet determined team -Developing selling and marketing strategies and campaigns -Identifying the appropriate channels to reach potential customers -Establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers -Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers -Planning and organizing sales call schedule -Handling conversations and presentations and Identifying customer needs -Managing sales meetings -Designing effective methods to promote services -Producing contents for social networks -Determine Potential Customers -Introduce our represented equipment and highlight advantages -Participates in events and exhibitions (Exhibitor or visitor) -Make a list of tenders along with date and help to participate in tenders -Provide sales& technical proposals and dealing with customers -Collaborate with sales teams to find customer requirements in order to promote the sale -Searching for new clients who might benefit from company product -Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers -Develop new ideas to increase market share -Communicating with customers via direct contact & Telephone & Written correspondence

Requirements

-Preferably MS in MBA, commercial management or related fields in Sharif University and Tehran, Amirkabir or other best University -At least 5 years’ experience in Sale & Marketing -Applicants with ICT of Banking, Gas Stations experience are preferred -Advanced level of English (Speaking, correspondences) -Having a good public relation and negotiation skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills -Excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to work on multiple projects -Having experience in working in B2B market take precedence -Strong reporting skills with the ability to identify key findings and insights and develop action plans -Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing others in the team -Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Shall possess decent looks, good health, and fine communication skills -Advanced level of English (Speaking, correspondences) -Fluent in English -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 40
