Business Development Analyst (Pharmaceutical Field)

-Responsible for developing the business side of an organization
-Identify rising business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects
-Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
-Research and build relationships with new clients
-Evaluate the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential
-Rely on knowledge, theory and hands-on experience to help businesses to grow
-Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
-Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
-Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions
-Increase company revenue and maximize profits
-Help the company to become as successful as it can be
-Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
-Require Master’s Degree in related field. (Pharmaceuticals)
-Minimum 8 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
-Knowing all about pharmaceutical and products is essential
-Must have strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
-Should be able to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through office politics in order to get things done
-Must have strong Negotiation & Persuasion skills
-Have to be able to set goals, plan and manage projects, manage the risks involved, calculate budgets, cost, time and teams working on ongoing projects
-Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills. Necessary in order to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it
-Must have high competency working with computer and Microsoft Office
-Ideal Age Range: Minimum 30
-Fluent in English
