Job Description

Main objective: Manage and support revenue and expense reporting, thereby ensuring control, accuracy, predictability, and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis, and commentary to BU leaders and the Finance team. Understand business/economic drivers of actual results versus operating plan and forecast. Ensure financial planning processes strategically capture, carefully estimate and skillfully communicate business-impacting events. Anticipate changes, seek better practices and contribute to the company as a whole to be successful in its aims. Job description: ● Support BU in pursuit of financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge. ● Develop budget preparation instructions and guidelines for use by all divisions. ● Forecast the budget, preparing detailed reports to discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the budget, during the entire financial year. ● Coordinate and support any allocations or cost-share between BU’s. ● Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts. ● Support the enhancement and compliance of business finance processes, standards, and systems with laws, policies, and best practices. ● Communicate, discuss and challenge financial impacts with BU managers. Prepare and present at BU-related meetings where financial input/commentary is required/requested. ● Ensure effective usage, control, and timely updating of the company’s financial dashboard and systems.
