Job Description

- Support the business planning cycle of Supply Chain and SC related Purchasing within the company for the long term Strategic Plan, 3-year Strategic Action Plan, Final Budget and Latest Estimates, Performance Updates (BPR) - Lead and coordinate the analysis of internal and external Supply Chain movements/benchmarks, and forecast future supply chain trends and impact on the business - Act as a key part of the decision-making process for Supply Chain decisions (investments, divestment, procurement agreements) - Lead and coordinate the CCP cycle (Continued Capex Planning) - Plan, analyze and challenge support functions (IT, Purchase) - Provide advice & guidance, influence/strengthen decision making in SC - Lead analysis to provide a financial impact of SC decisions affecting P&L - Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the Supply Chain department, and communicate this insight through the preparation and delivery of streamlined reporting including financial insights and KPIs - Finance business partner for SC x-functional meetings (Production planning, S&OP, NPI, etc) - Analyze Supply Chain and Purchasing spend and offer appropriate challenge, whilst also analyzing and identifying opportunities for top-line growth - Champion the efficiency and effectiveness of all related financial and business processes, measuring and reporting on improvements - Lead projects within the company, related to Capex and post audits - Ensure risks & opportunities are managed throughout the year, material business decisions are taking these risk and opportunities into account

Requirements

- University degree preferably in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration - Minimum 4 years of related working experience - English language proficiency is required
