You will be collaborating closely with your new team members, as a business controller you will be responsible for execute data consolidation tasks, participate in budget discussions with department managers, responsible for supporting FTE, participating in FTE plan development. You are also responsible for RMD – Production variance price variance, inventory adjustments with variance follow up, preparing comments and submit to affiliate accounting, follow up on stock adjustments. As a business controller you are also responsible for over/under absorption and preparing comments for O/U reports and provide data for manual postings; calculate PS/IO allocations, input on accruals, approval of affiliate accrual files and supporting on monthly reports. On accounting, Tax and treasury you will be responsible for fixed assets accounting by preparing the data for assets create for affiliate accounting, participating in inventory count of fixed assets, consumables and spare parts in CP361. You are also responsible for budget rate calculation of property tax, account payable, scan of invoices and upload to ICE, process invoices and closing documents flow.
