Job Description
● Deploy IT plans efficiently within the business and in line with the organization's IT Strategy, and cover inside business applications and ERP systems.
● Develop new reports from business applications (Oracle, sales buzz, etc.).
● Modify existing reports in (Oracle, sales buzz, etc.).
● Develop alerts to be sent to business users (control, data, and dashboards).
● Enhance and improve current systems.
● Implement new features and modules.
● Determine critical problems based on priority.
● Support users related to issues on PDA (application part).
● Monitor, problem solve, and follow the case related to some legacy systems such as SOTI, SMS, SharePoint, Timekeeping, etc.
