Job Description

• To manage comprehensive financial models, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis preparation. • To manage reviewing and leading CR-KPIs trends and analyzing CR-financial information & operation to ensure all metrics are on track • To manage and design Short-term & Long-term solutions by BA & OM teams via root cause analysis. • To participate in Financial, Business Analysis and CR operation monitoring negotiations. • To manage various CR projects Feasibility Studies for new investment as per strategical request. • To cooperate in establishing a clear process of budgeting and financial data • To manage CR- monitoring dashboard design and update. • To manage business analysis and research study related to Customer Relation operation and business. • To participate in CR Business Planning preparation and provide Comparison Charts Actual vs. Budget. • To manage CR budgeting and forecasting processes based on company approved templates and standards. • To ensure CR expenditure is balanced against its budget and is under control and escalate related concerns to relevant managers • To manage CR account, CR petty cash, CR overall expenditure and common Opex through managing CR PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and ensure proper follow up on progress of PRs and POs (Purchase Order) • To ensure all CR financial transactions are archived and maintained properly in line with company standards • To identify and initiate cost savings opportunities and present them to CR management to apply. • To manage supporting CR initiated projects and plans through providing required budget estimation, analysis and financial cost and benefit and revenue generation aspects of them. • To represent CR in financial committees like RASC and explain financial aspects of initiation. • To monitor and present report about financial status of projects to CR Managers and different division in the company. • To define and present required reports to CR management and other departments on CR financial performance and CR share from company generated revenue. • To support CR planning and project team by providing related financial and analytical estimations. • To conduct financial planning to monitor and control CR’s account and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Financial Management / Accounting / Internal Auditing / Industrial Management or related • MBA & DBA degree is desirable • Fluent in English • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a area of specialisation; with experience in supervising/managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization
