Job Description

-Establish a business analysis center of excellence which drives best practices and standards for business Analysis, including methodologies, metrics, requirements, documentation, quality standards and tools for the effective delivery of solutions to enable data driven decisions with velocity -lead the newly established analytics team -define, measure, visualize and analyze metrics and KPIs in corporate and department levels to enable data driven decisions with velocity -Cascade corporate level business objectives to actionable plans and key actions -Partner with sales operations & sales leaders on analytical & metrics requests: management reporting, sales productivity and performance analysis, key business KPIs, trend analysis,discounting, price elasticity analysis and market share analysis -Build models and data visualizations to identify trends/patterns in data-sets and present insights in actionable format to drive business impact (using tools such as, Excel, power BI,SQL etc.) -Translate business questions into analytical problems to solve, extrapolate actionable insights from data analysis, and communicate critical findings to business partners efficiently -Support creation of data models and data mapping -control strategies, roadmaps and plans to implement actions that full fill organization objectives
