Job Description
The objective of the role:
A business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. She/he identifies problems and opportunities within and ultimately provides solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Also, She/he conducts market analyses, analyzing both products and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
List of responsibilities:
● Monitor business performance in different KPIs and areas and analyze the results to detect the gaps and define proper action plans to cover those gaps
● Create dashboards and reports that provide analysis and commentary, explaining the product, sales, and business trends for executive reporting
● Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders
● Work with Technology teams to come up with solutions that meet Business needs
● Report to: Business Line Manager.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
