Job Description

We have an opening for a talented and hands-on Business Analyst to join our team. In this capacity, you will research, gather and analyze information and develop and communicate business analysis and recommendations on Sarveen’s existing and future products and services. Day in the life: • Gathering, validating and documenting business information • Conducting and coordinating financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning • Conducting market research and analyzing competitive products to develop business strategies • Development of pricing strategies for Sarveen’s products and services in different markets • Development of marketing programs and participating in its implementation • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. - Implementing and testing of solutions • Developing ideas to address issues arising that may enhance/renew service offerings to customers

Requirements

Your success as a business analyst depends on: • The approach you take to solving a problem • How analytical and creative your thinking is • Your usage of data to quantify and make your recommendations • Your communication skills in conveying your ideas Requirements: • Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or management (MBA preferred) • 2+ years of experience • Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent analytical and project management skills • Ability to multitask, perform under tight deadlines and undertake research initiatives • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Up-to-date on the latest trends in business environment • Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, creative, innovative thinker, a team player
