Job Description

- Develop, maintain or implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. - Plan, conduct, and debrief regular mock-disaster exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly. - Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications - Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends - Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements - Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods - Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools - Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs - Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users - Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources - Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements - Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends - Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions - Write disaster recovery, crisis management, or business continuity plans - Create scenarios to reestablish operations from various types of business disruptions - Prepare reports summarizing operational results, financial performance, or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans

Requirements

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management/ Industrial Engineer or related fields - Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience - Skilled in Ms. Office and Power Business Intelligence - Detail-oriented, with excellent documentation skills - Complex problem solving skills: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions - Judgment and decision making skills: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one - Speaking skills: Talking to others to convey information effectively - Critical thinking skills: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Systems evaluation skills: Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
