In this way, we have differentiated our team in specialized small groups including SCM, Financial, HR, Sales, CRM, and Monitoring&BPMN. This job post is supposed to identify “Business Analyst”s which is a key role involved directly in subsidiary companies’ processes in order to make everything even better! Selection metrics are including and not limited as follows: • Studying business functions by gathering information • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes • Suggest changes using analytics to support the recommendations. • Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions • Produce written documentation

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management or related fields • Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience • Fluency in use BPMN tools like a visual paradigm • Skilled in Ms. Office • Familiar with UML and Agile methodology • Ability to work independently and with others • Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive • Commercial awareness • Communication and interpersonal skills • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Analytical skills • Big Picture Thinking
