Job Description

•Main Objective: As a Business Analyst in Driver Engagement team, you will be challenged diving deep into data, analyze large data sets, discovering root causes for major problems and designing long-term solutions to address driver’s retention and engagement. The role is highly impactful and autonomous with goals that directly impact users’ experience, and the front line of the business. •Main Responsibilities: -Customer segmentation and selection of customer data -Design, execute and optimize retention plans -Leverage analytics and A/B test results to measure the impact initiatives and optimize them -Regularly report on the performance of the previous promotions and plan for the future -Generate and extract data needed for decision making -Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports -Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

Requirements

-Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change -Data extraction capabilities -Ability to develop and perform queries on SQL (Python is a plus) -Problem solving and analytics passion and ability
