Job Description

- Define and implement economic performance indicators and tools, and ensure the follow ups to improve the Company’s performance and profitability. - Provide internal clients on request with financial data and calculations to contribute to the formulation of realistic, solid and achievable business plans. - Ensure and control the rollout of the budget and forecast processes in order to support the achievement of the Company strategy. - To deliver accurate, cost-effective and consistent management reports on business performance to operational managers and vetoing their use of budgets to take timely corrective action to ensure optimal achievement of key business objectives. - Reporting and Data Base Updating - Evaluate the individual and collective objective achievements (in consultancy with the department manager). - Motivate and engage the team by regular communication and monitoring of the teams.
