Job Description

● Communication with PMO, attend the meetings, follow up acceptance meetings. ● Receiving detail of CPI & SPI from PMO to analyze revenue and budget of the projects. ● Follow up missing documents for not invoiced acceptances from PMO and CSO Department. ● Follow up all documentation rules including document naming, placing in PMO share folders, and using any related tools such as SharePoint, etc. ● Preparing income statement estimation and Cooperating in preparing other financial statement estimations. ● Evaluating annual budget based on interim financial statements and adjusting it, if necessary. ● Collecting and determining staff FY budget. ● Checking and controlling the benefit and loss of projects. ● Allocating budget and received C-level approval for all projects. ● Investigating and controlling revenue of all WOs. ● Cooperating in preparing financial statements. ● Allocating planned budget of projects via ERP tools, in accordance with the approved cost estimation. ● Controlling and reporting budget revenue vs actual revenue (W/M/Q). ● Preparing routine & requested reports.

Qualifications and experience: ● Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant field. ● At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in related majors such as Industrial Engineering, Finance Management, etc. ● Fluent in English. ● Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
