Job Description
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures and document requirements - Coordinate the required support and control related activities for processing of financial transactions for various departments across the company and ensure alignment on governance, accounting procedures and timelines -Ensure compliance with the company’s approved budget and assist different stakeholders in tracking budget deviations -Ensure effective usage, control and timely updating of the company’s financial dashboard and systems -Provide support on preparation of budget reports - Involve in writing finance SOP
Requirements
-B.Sc. degree (Minimum) in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields -Minimum 2 years of related experience (Working in budget controlling and reporting departments is preferred) -Good knowledge of English language mainly in writing -Advanced knowledge of computer skills and MS. Office, mainly Excel and Power point -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Effective follow -up skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
