Requirements
● Graduated in Computer, IT, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
● Experienced technical project manager (at least 4 years) for the installation, commissioning, and delivering BSS/OSS solutions in Fixed or Mobile networks.
● Good track of experience in system integrations.
● Good understating of IT communication standards and protocols such as SOAP, MML, Radius, Diameter, etc.
● Act as an executive PM with capabilities to define project WBS, manage testing and delivery, and QA processes (PAC/FAC).
● Act as a sponsor during the stage of requirements identification and specification.
● Knowledge of documentation for IT Telecommunication projects.
● Familiar with e-TOM and TAM frameworks.
● A deep understanding of charging and billing systems is an advantage.
● Coordination capabilities in technical and management meetings.
● Capability to work in multi-stakeholder environments.
● Basic knowledge of IP networking (CCNA, Network+).
