Job Description

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Fully understands the business requirements including markets, potential and current customers, technological trends, deliverable services and competitors. - Meets departmental and personal sale targets annually, quarterly and monthly. - Develops, maintains, and improves relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities (quantity and market share). - Prepares, documents and updates customer information bank. - Identifies, documents, qualifies, develops and closes contracts for assigned services. - Monitors the customers’ preferences continuously. - Co-ordinates with other departments in order to maximize customer satisfaction. - Manages customer relationship and documents and communicates the voice of the customer (such as complaints and requests) to internal stakeholders. - In charge of all communications with customers via direct contact, telephone and written correspondence (email, Letter, Faxes, and etc.) - Develops ideas and participates in Sales events. - Work as a team member with other sale experts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business related or IT fields. - At least 3 years’ sales experience in IT or Telecoms Industry. - Sales experience with agents or in B2B, B2C markets is a privilege. - Good knowledge of marketing and sales. - Approved abilities in CRM. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of profit and loss concepts. - Self-motivated and service-oriented. - Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure. - Good team work spirit.
