Job Description

- plan brand launch - Analyze brand SWOT - Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items - Competitor and customer insights analysis - Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends - Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels. - Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding - Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands - Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns - Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding - Identify, develop and evaluate marketing Strategies - Plan and manage the marketing budget - Plan and organize various events - Collaborate with other departments (Sales, training, Business development, planning and others) for all branded elements for advertising and launch materials inclusive of printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, product logos and videos. - Provide clear direction and guidance to graphic designers, social media specialists, agencies, and other vendors on executing campaigns and projects

Requirements

- MSc in Business Management or other related fields. - At least +5 years of management experience. - Target oriented. - Experience in team leadership - Good organizational skills - Critical thinking - Working well under pressure - Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - English proficiency - Military service Must be done (Male) - Ideal age range: Maximum 40
