Job Description

This position is a role which uses customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand and products. This can involve overseeing advertising, market, products, design, promotion, price, events and services. Key responsibilities: • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends. • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands. • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports. • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding. • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. • Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants. • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots. • Being partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Requirements

• BSC/MS in marketing, MBA, or related field. • At least +5 years of relevant experience especially in FMCG. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. • Experience with marketing and branding new methodologies and tools. Working principle: • Travel: Routine travel almost internal. • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 8 AM-4 PM, Thursday; 8AM-1PM . • Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer. • Work Place: North Sohrevardi Ave.
