Job Description

Duties: • Setting and develop the brand strategy, and brand management plans, (Style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, value proposition and brand positioning in the market through the 4P method, Product, Price, Place, Promotion) in terms of Brand strategy and positioning. • Setting and develop a communication strategy (Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, classify new communication opportunities and perform them with the assist of advertising, campaigns to develop brand value and brand loyalty And Acquiescence with Brand Identity and Value) in terms of Communications and media planning. • Setting and develop an innovative strategy and plan for the coming years, (considering any opportunities, risks, and consumer trends, analyze and Support Marketing Plans Align with Brand Strategy and Achieve Operational Plan Goals). • Setting and develop and maintain product branding. • Analysis of data to optimize the brands' results by analyzing the data and define the brands (Competitor and customer insights analysis, reviews on brand sales performance by analyzing sales reports and identifying performance) in terms of Brand performance management. • Collaboration with organizational teams to achieve common goals, managing all expectations. • Accountable to achieve profitable growth for the brand, bounding that profitability of the brand which is not targeted or influenced by any marketing or any other business decisions, knowing the P&L, and develop and perform top line and bottom line) in terms of Profit and loss accountability. • Setting, prepare and participate in presentations and meetings. • Update brand dashboard and provide a quarterly brand report in terms of brand health, measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, advertisement, product launches, competition market, monitoring product distribution, consumer reactions, and assessment against goals and strategies.

Requirements

- BS/MS degree, Marketing or related field, MBA will be privileged (- Previous experience: At least five years working experience in FMCG marketing and branding, 3 years in FMCG marketing and branding ( International Marketing & Branding experience will be privileged ) - Certification in courses related to branding and marketing will be privileged. - Excellent command of English (Arabic and French will be privileged) - MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Result-driven and leadership skills, self-motivation. - Ability to work and manage cross-functional teams. - Excellent understanding of the full marketing and branding knowledge - Creativity with the ability to think out of the box - Analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Following latest trends and marketing best practices - Understanding and working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets - Ability to work & deliver in a challenging and matrix environment
