Job Description
Objective of the role: In order to give the best possible service to Beauty Salons, the Professional Product Division of L’Oreal&Color Studio in Zarsima is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist * Fresh graduates from international universities are welcome to apply*. List of responsibilities: -Identify, develop& evaluate marketing strategies. -Planning& managing the marketing budget for all marketing related activities -Design and production of sales tools and Point of Sales Material -Planning& organizing various events -Working closely with the sales team and key opinion leaders of the beauty industry -Conducting market research and regular field visits -Graphic design. Reporting to: Division manager Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:15 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
Requirements
-At least BA in related fields -Previous experience as brand marketing Specialist or junior brand manager, also fresh graduates from international universities are welcome to apply -Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred -Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills -Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing -Thinking Creatively -Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills -Advanced Presentation and communication skills -Good team work player -Ability to deliver business benefits / business results -Excellent project management capability -Able to develop effective relationships -Able to work cross-functionally -Drive for results and excellence -Gender Preference: Male/Female -Fluent in English
