Job Description

This position forms part of the marketing leadership team and leads total brand communication efforts across the group. The primary purpose of this position is to promote and protect the company's brand(s) among key internal and external stakeholders. The key role is to enhance brand indicators for the corporation, products, and services and to create alignment and guidelines to maintain consistency in brand communication inside and outside of the organization. Deliverables: Brand strategy: ● Lead brand identity of all company brands, create a comprehensive brand guidebook, and communicate the guidelines with all internal and external stakeholders. ● Define, plan and implement brand communication strategy and roadmap to develop the brand image, and visibility and reinforce its reputation over time inconsistency with the digital, media, and PR strategies. ● Increase brand awareness and equity. ● Oversee the 360-degree product launches, promotions, events, and brand campaigns covering efficient PR/digital touchpoints in collaboration with product managers/marketing managers. Digital and social media: Website: ● Lead integrated and consistent websites across the group, brands, functions, and e-commerce in collaboration with sales, Marcom, channel, and head of functions. ● Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using the latest techniques to drive traffic to the company website and social media pages. ● Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase the traffic to Goldiran, Gplus, and online sales websites by achieving high-ranking placements in google search results. Social media: ● Responsible to develop and implement the group's social media strategy and ensuring a consistent tone of voice across a wide range of social channels for our brands and products. ● Create innovative digital and social media campaigns to communicate products, brands, promotions, or services and increase engagement and impression ratio. ● Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge organic social media success. PR and relationship building: ● Lead, create and implement effective integrated public relations strategies and plans to further leverage and gain visibility for key Goldiran products and services through positive and/or balanced news coverage and stakeholder engagement. This includes creating a wide variety of well-written communications materials, with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and clarity. ● Identify, retain and supervise appropriate outside PR agencies and counsel as needed to support Goldiran's key business objectives. ● Create, Implement and promote the company's CSR initiatives. ● Build positive working relationships with national, regional, local, and trade media, including across digital platforms. Proactively engage with media as appropriate to tell Goldiran story. Manage incoming media inquiries in a timely and helpful manner. Budget management: ● Make annual, quarterly, and monthly budget plans for marketing activities. ● Ensure on-time and accurate claim and invoice procedures.

Requirements

● 8 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience as a manager, and relatively good exposure to social media marketing. ● Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or PR. ● Fluent in English. ● Team management, agency management, and negotiation skills. ● Presentations skills. ● Track history of good leadership and business intelligence skills. ● Persuasion, active listening, and forecasting.
