Job Description

Oversee & manage all advertising campaigns for Labell Industrial Group • Build advertising campaign strategies on a yearly basis using market insights, performance data, target audience psychographics and demographics to construct creative briefs & develop media content. • Driving creative innovation for online & offline channels • Develop all campaigns with digital first approach • Research new & innovative ways to reach & communication with target audiences • Embrace a test & learn method to ensure relevancy & impact • Drive digital channel innovation • Analyze & optimize media performance based on conversion, consideration and awareness metrics • Daily media agency collaboration • Media budget management (all channels) • Provide training and resources to assist all team members in being brand ambassadors • Guide marketing plan strategy for Advertising, media and brand • Strategy & Tactical Plan development (Annual & Quarterly Plans)

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree, preferably in advertising, marketing and business • 10+ Years' experience in marketing and digital advertising (media and creative) required. • Experience with leading and executing full campaign creative development (multi-channel) preferred. • Managerial or supervisory experience a plus.
