•Main Responsibilities:
-Country P&L / Marketing Budget management
-Local Market / Competitor / Consumer / Brand Health understanding
-Delivering the Country Role for OPT Categories, setting Country priorities on where to focus in the short, medium & long term
-Contributing to long term category strategy as a Key Market and developing and implementing the National Category Plans
-Developing & implementing the National Brand Plans: Best local expression of global brand positioning
-Supply: Local cost management
-Product Launch Deployment Management; launch planning, legal®ulatory compliance, customer sell-in
-Local Communications Management:adaptation of advertising, activation/tactical copy development, media, PR, sponsorships&local agency management
-Sales: Customer strategy, SKU per channel, POS, Promos
-Regular monitoring of key KPI
