Job Description
• Ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing projects related to the brand under his/her supervision
• Monitor sales trend, train sales team and ensure meeting sales objectives
• Responsible for the successful launch of new products
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competition, and sales trend, identify challenges, and propose effective solution to overcome those challenges
• Conduct in-depth analysis on new potential products to be added to the Company baskets
• Introduce the new product/s by analyzing the market and propose the business plan
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services for a Brand
• Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development
• Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed competition
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
• Support Advertising function
