Job Description
Some duties will include but not limited to:
-Determining the identity, culture and existential value of the brand (according to the needs of the company and the main goal of management)
-Direct communication with production, quality control and R&D to ensure product quality
-Pushing growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
-Manage portfolio and implement new launches
-Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
-Adapt the communication material(imagery, digital, point of sale)
-Implement media and promotion plans
-collaborate with other departments(sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
-Effectively prepare clear messages and reports on monthly basis for the marketing manager
-Read and analyze the sales data of the products and stores and propose actionable conclusions and recommendations
-Determine pricing policies, annual sales budgets and promotions
