Job Description

Main responsibilities but not be limited to: • Identifying, developing& evaluating marketing strategies • Planning& managing the marketing budget • Design and production of sales tools and Point of Sales Material • Planning& organizing various events • Work closely with Division Director, Academy and Sales Managers for all branded elements for advertising and launch materials inclusive of printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, launch tool kits, product logos and videos. • Providing clear direction and guidance to graphic designers, social media specialists, agencies, and other associates on executing visions and projects • Conducting market research and regular field visits - Desired start date: ASAP - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:15 - 17:30

Requirements

• At least At least BA/BS degree in related fields • At least 5 years of experience as brand manager or similar roles in FMCG industry (preferably Beauty & Cosmetics) • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing • Thinking Creatively • Strong analytical& Strategic thinking skills • problem solving skills • Advanced Presentation and communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Drive for results and excellence • Fluent in English • Gender Preference: Male/Female • Military Service Must Be Done (Male) • Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35
