Job Description

•Ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing projects related to the brand under his/her supervision •Monitor sales trend, train sales team, and ensure meeting sales objectives •To be responsible for the successful launch of new products •Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competition, and sales trend, identify challenges, and propose effective solution to overcome those challenges •Conduct in-depth analysis on new potential products to be added to the Company baskets •Introduce the new product/s by analyzing the market and propose the business plan •Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services for a Brand •Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections •Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed competition •Align with cross functional team on Brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation •Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines. •Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. •Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) •Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues •Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. •Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions. •Support Advertising function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them •Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country & abroad

Requirements

University qualifications: •BS/MS degree in marketing, Engineering, Management or a related field, MBA preferred Previous experience: •At least 3-years working experience in brand management or related fields Specialist knowledge: •Good command of English •Highly experienced in presentation skills •MS office especially XL operations Other Skills: - Drive for results and leaderships skills and self-motivated - Ability to manage & steer cross functional teams. - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Highly creative with ability to think out of box - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices - Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets - Ability to work & deliver in challenging work environment Ideal Age Range: 25-35 Gender Preference: Male/ Female
