Job Description

- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4 P. - Take brand ownership and execute strategies to exceed the competition - Align with cross-functional team on Brand activation calendar & execute brand-related projects & activation - Participate in the creative development process and deliver within timelines. - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and sales estimates. - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities and key issues - Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions. - Support Marketing function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them - Monitoring and evaluating the sales and financial performance of the brand. - Synthesize consumer learning and generate consumer insights Competency: -To develop concepts of the brand from its designing point of view, monitor and evaluate the performance of the designing and production team.

Requirements

- +5 years of brand management, or multi-national experience, - BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred - Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking - Ability to make tight deadlines - Ability to drive innovation and brand growth - Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaborations skills - Proven result orientation and risk management - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills -Complete understanding of brand development -Good understanding of online sales and digital marketing -Strong analytical thinking. -Negotiation and relationship management skills.
