Job Description

-Pro-actively anticipate competitor activities -Advertising Agencies briefing in order to the be aligned with the brand strategies -Work actively with Brand Development to ensure timely roll out of innovation mixes -Synthesize consumer learning and generate consumer insights -Monitoring quality of product packaging via on-line proofing -On line marketing experience -Set the annual and Quarterly Marketing Plan -Plan marketing and branding objectives -Define marketing issues and opportunities, identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them -Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, including ATL and BTL, and policies to promote products and services -Prepare weekly reports -Manage the PR activities -Manage external marketing agency activities -Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys -Define the strategic marketing plan for the brand/category -monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue) -Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the hub/zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs -Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences -Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) - Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors -Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan

Requirements

-At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing -At least 5 years’ experience in a FMCG company within the marketing department -Advanced skills in Microsoft office -Communication skills both externally and at all the levels within the company, both written and verbal -Ability to use initiative, be resourceful and to make things happen -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40 -Fluent In English
