Job Description

Brand Executive is responsible to maximize brand potential through developing and recommending brand strategies and carrying out delegated activities required to achieve these strategies covering the development of packaging, product and communications materials and monitoring their implementation in accordance to the budget and time frame, in line with the overall company objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: • Recommend brand attributes to be reinforced based on brand’s role in portfolio • Support definition of high-level brand programs • Support development of brand message • Develop and execute brand events • Monitor implementation and results of operational brand plan • Analyze market research data in order to understand brand issues and market opportunities • Monitor and report brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan and ensure budget is fully utilized • Effective follow up with agencies to ensure on time and in full delivery of all cycle material and all the key projects. • Successfully liaise with key cross functional departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on the key projects • Develop ideas for better implementation of Brand launches in the market • Support Trade team for Brand Share improvement through Trade activity proposals

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent knowledge • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Brand Marketing is desired • Understanding the market and having field job and also Trade Marketing experience • Ability to identify gaps vs. benchmarks • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external suppliers • Negotiation and influencing skill • Presentation skills • Drive for results • English Fluency • Military Service: Completed or Exempted.
