Job Description
-Monitor sales activities and implementing company policies in covered cities
-Develop sales by volume, value and coverage in covered cities and regions
-Provide monthly plans in order to develop and increase area sales
-Participate in meetings with suppliers to propose and obtain sales targets and get appropriate promotions Based on feedback from the market and representatives
-Identify representative's strengths and improve their weaknesses in order to increasing sales in region
-Hire and train sales team (training on products and sales techniques)
-Break down targets properly to sub distributions and provide required solutions to obtain defined targets
-Monitor defaults, financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representative cheques and receivable documents
-Manage the supply and inventory planning, fulfilling the region market demand & preventing overstock costs
-Plan, develop and implement warehousing standards, regarding the company’s defined policies and procedures
-Plan, develop and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities
-Distribution rout planning to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated providing appropriate service level for customers
-Inspect physical condition of office, warehouses, fleets, maintenance and replacement
-Interview, select and train warehouse and supervisory personnel
-Play the head office finance department representative inside the branch
-Play the head office HR department representative inside the branch
