Job Description

-Achieve branch objectives (including budget, target, etc) -Define, implement and report branch activities (Sale, Financial, Logistic, etc) regarding organization policies and instructions -Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributes -Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments -Analyze and control the performance of every team member and coaching them in a successful way -Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement -Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine the effectiveness of them -Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive appropriate services and goods -Manage and Lead the sales, logistics and financials teams -Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts through negotiating with others (especially customers) -Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers -Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees -Market research, gathering and analyzing competitor and market information -Sets an example of professionalism through actions and appearance

Requirements

-Minimum of 5 year's sales experience/People with a history of work in Distribution of pharmaceutical have priority -MSc/BA in management/business or related fields -Familiarity and full control of the province and the suburbs of the region -Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers -Team management and negotiation skills -Problem Solving & Decision making skills -Target/result oriented -Good command of MS Office -Max Age Range: 40
