- Lead the Branch staff to achieve Sales goals - Planning and reporting branch activities to headquarter - Controlling financial data of branch - Controlling inventory & distribution - Recruitment, Train & Develop Branch staff - Resolve Branch issues - Select and identify the essential index in sales - Control and track the level of achievement sales targets - Customer Ratings and awareness - Breaking Sales goals into goods and seller - Constant effort to improve Company branding
Requirements
- At least 10 years sales experience in FMGC industry - At least 5 years in same position - Age between 35 and 45 - At least Bachelor degree in MBA / Industrial Engineering/ Management - Knowledge in sales analysis - Knowledge in distribution - Familiar with Financial accounting - Familiar with HR Processes Other Requirement: - Systems thinking - Time Management - Problem-solving and good analytical skills - Good organizational skills - Flexibility and adaptability - Business awareness and understanding of business requirements - Communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and Team working skills
