Job Description

-Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales -Have routine daily/ weekly reports to the manager. -Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. -Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities -Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans -Meet goals and metrics -Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately -Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation -Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities -Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly -Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws -Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Requirements

-At least B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Management and related fields -Proven experience for at least 3 years in branch management and 8 years in sale -Ability to meet sales targets and production goals -Excellent organizational skills -Leadership and human resources management skills -Ready to work under stress -Negotiation skills -Good knowledge of English is a plus -Good experience in Iraq is a plus -Experience in FMCG sale is a plus -Good command of MS. Office skills -Problem Solving & Making Decision -Presence and activity in Iraq for 3 weeks per month -Fluent in Arabic -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
