Job Description

● Overall technical operations and maintenance management in the RAN domain. ● Customer-centric and customer expectations management. ● 24/7/365 availability and delivery. ● Schedule management. ● E2E SLA management. ● E2E Fault, problem, and change management. ● Network availability monitoring, troubleshooting, and stability. ● Short, mid, and long-term planning for KPIs improvement. ● Technical solution enhancement. ● Site acceptance (Hand over to MS). ● Supplier technical management. ● Handle routine operation issues and being interface with third parties, project activities tracking.

Requirements

● Experienced in RAN (HBSS/NBSS) and field Project and Management, at least 3 years. ● Communication, team, and stakeholder management skills (+50 Staff). ● Good communicator and negotiator. ● Teamwork ability. ● Leadership. ● Cross technical background, preferably in MW and TX/IP.
