Job Description

•Project details: -Construction of an Irrigation canals and drainage systems •Main Responsibilities: -Responsible for development, implementation and enforcement of BIM Standards -Design, develop and enforce modeling protocol and standards with VDC Director -Develop and improve object types and data information from 3D models for quantity survey for Preconstruction -Implementing the building information modeling (BIM) of construction projects -Develop and manage BIM Coordination schedules with project team -Coordinate model processing with project team members- -Assist with Integration of 3D model into 4D model-based schedule simulation of the construction schedule and support project management to optimize scheduling -Support 5D model-based cost estimating efforts to Preconstruction- -Manage Navisworks coordination models and updating 3D models- -Participate in coordination meetings with BIM Manager and provide technical expertise to project team members *Job Location: Company headquarters in the vicinity of Vanak square in Tehran *Possible business trips to project location
