Job Description

Mission: ● To simplify company technical information and create text of advertisements or publicity material in mass and social media for MTN Irancell Products/Services and Programs, Portal, and Apps, considering best practices in line with standards/policies and market orientation. ● To check, monitor, and edit advertisement contents, ensuring that all of them comply with Farsi/English grammatical standards while still representing the MTN Irancell Brand and tone of voice. Responsibilities: ● To liaise with text content requesters in different teams to get their requirements, coordinate with advertising agencies, outsource copywriters as needed, and ensure the desired final result. ● To take technical information from content requesters related to Irancell's brand, products, and services and transform it into understandable and straightforward text for the market target/customers. ● To create or check contents used in the company's commercial advertisements, in newspapers, radio, television, magazines, website, social networks, and other media, and journal articles about company products or services and communications by company media. ● To create text content for publicity releases, promotional or informational booklets, sales promotional materials, etc. ● To provide appropriate text content for company social media channels, considering their differences compared with other media and their unique features/target markets/trends. ● To collaborate with the graphic designers while delivering the assigned projects and sharing viewpoints to optimize the final result. ● To coordinate the assigned projects' communication plans with the requester and the graphic designer. ● To review existing written contents regularly and edit/update the information or structure for republishing and reprinting. ● To review the contents of the company's website, Weblog, and apps constantly and update written content based on new information or approaches (both in Farsi and English). ● To review and confirm suggested texts to be used on Content Providers' artworks. ● To review and comment on advertising agencies' copywriters' works based on the company's copywriting standards. ● To support Internal Communications and Public Relations activities by reviewing all text contents to ensure alignment with company copywriting tone of voice and standards. . (Photoshop knowledge could be very beneficial and will be considered a privilege). ● To study worldwide marketing copywriting trends and best practices primarily in the telecom industry in both social and mass media, even printing materials, and provide suggestions to higher levels, aiming at enhancements in line with the local society and market targets orientations.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing or Communications), Public Relations, or English Literature/Translation. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 3 years experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Working experience in creative and brand agencies could be very beneficial and will be considered a privilege. Technical competencies: • English literacy. • Copywriting. • Marketing communication (MarCom).
