Job Description

A Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for taking the data that a company holds and mining it to achieve valuable insights, usually responsible for gathering business data through many different ways including gather this data through mining a company's computer data, looking at competitor data and industry trends. These insights are then used to inform critical business decisions. The insights play a crucial role in shaping the company's future and the way it operates. With the data collected, they help develop a picture of company's competitiveness compared to other player in the market. ● Analyze business processes and requirements. ● Collaborate with business users. ● Develop and manage BI solutions. ● Work both alone to analyze findings as well as a member of a team to work with other departments, such as when implementing new data analysis software. ● Provide reports, processes and Excel VBA applications.
