Job Description
-Promote and sell Derma Cosmetic Skin, Hair & Body Care products directly to consumers at pharmacies and galleries -Track and report customer needs, issues, interests and monitor competitor's products and sales strategies -Maintain a high level of product knowledge -Ongoing product, sales and marketing training -Achieve Sales Targets, quotas and overall goals set by AVA -Provide accurate sales information to management for forecasting
Requirements
-Full knowledge and understanding of the skin’s, hair’s & body’s chemistry -Full knowledge of how to correlate skin and hair care products with consumer’s needs -Experience in selling Derma Cosmetic (Skin & Hair Care) products -Experience in selling directly to consumers -Establishing good relationship with consumers -Excellent selling skills -Excellent negotiation skills -Excellent communications skills -Excellent presentation skills -Sales oriented -Goal oriented -Task oriented -Team player -Hard working -Flexibility in working hours -Proficient in English of French -Degree in health care, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing or related degrees -Ideal Age: 24 - 45
