Job Description

•Main Objective: -Iran Argham is looking for a Bank Account Manager who manages Bank customer relationship, according to Iran Argham’s policies and procedures •Main Responsibilities: -Check the market and provide feedback based on customers present and future needs and communicate it to the manager -Negotiate with customers on the introduction of new products and services -Communicate effectively with customers, monitor customer satisfaction and meet the needs and transferring it to the supervisor -Interacted with different units in order to coordinate and facilitate customer activities -Examine hardware and software problems, implement the necessary arrangements to meet them and follow-up to enhance the quality of customer services -Determine customer collection and allocate them to invoice -Receive tender documents and refer them to the relevant unit -Reporting to: B2B sales & marketing manager *Working hours: Saturday - Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 16-30 p.m. / Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 15:30 p.m.


-At least Bachelor degree in Management, computer, electronics and economics -At least 5 years’ experience in the same position / 3 years’ experience in payment industry -Contracts processes knowledge -Sales & marketing knowledge -Project Management knowledge -Financial Management knowledge -Familiar with company products -Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook) -Familiar with IT industry, especially hardware and software sales and support -Knowledge of grammar and administrative correspondence -Sales and Marketing -High degree of multi-tasking -Excellent team working skills -Emotional Intelligence -Responsibility and following up issues -Accountability with flexibility -Customer oriented -Excellent negotiation skill -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Advanced in English Language
