Job Description

• Perform Second-Line Maintenance support for all Core Network related troubles and associated elements. • Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network. • Ensure the utilization of new software updates, their practicality and availability. • Operates and Troubleshoot End to End Fixed Voice IMS services (access equipment and Core IMS) • Operates and Troubleshoot Value Added Service Applications and Unix systems (Voicemail, SMS Router, IN, service enablers) • Manages day by day customer technical complaints coming from First Line/Assurance teams • Raise and track vendor support tickets • Performs periodic health checks/monitoring of the network’s performance indicators; • Performs Tracing and debugging on various equipment • Creates documentation for the temporary and permanent solutions adopted; • Report immediately in the case of any potential ambiguity.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ ICT Engineering • At least 3 years of working experience in fault management and diagnosis, remote fault resolution, configuration management, etc • Good knowledge of SIP protocols and overall IMS architecture • Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS architecture on Core side • Experienced and strongly knowledgeable on 3G,4G packet switching network architecture & protocols • Good negotiation and communication skills both verbally and written • Ability to work under pressure
