Job Description

● Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities. ● Develop market share. ● Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team. ● Manage daily sales operations. ● Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast. ● Meet quarterly and annual business targets. ● Compile and analyze sales figures. ● Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance. ● Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events. ● Meet consumer finance and B2B tasks.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales managing. ● Good knowledge of vertical and B2B markets is advantageous. ● Good command of AV market is advantageous. ● Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills.
