Job Description
The corporate sales expert in Peramoon is a person who has the task of balancing and coordinating between the requests of the B2B sales manager and the performance of sales associates, he/she is the custodian and supporter of the principles and rules of the company. He/She must ensure that the highest standards of the company are observed in the B2B sales unit and that the principles of customer orientation are fully observed.
Success in this job requires flexibility, effective interactions, and discipline and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and identifying new customers in order to increase the market share of the industry
- Determining goals, performance plans and accurate and objective standards for sales experts in each industry
- Holding meetings with sales specialists to review performance, progress and goals and submit reports to the head of corporate sales
- Advising, supporting, regulating and coaching sales specialists to help improve sales performance
- Implement a sales performance appraisal system and ensure that sellers trust it
- Ensure the correct and complete registration of CRM information by sales specialists
- Holding sales skills training sessions with the relevant supervisor and sales specialists
- Participate in sales meetings at the company's office or customer location
- Participate in domestic or international exhibitions
