Job Description

- Provide timely, concise, and accurate written information of account and opportunity status, plans and events. - Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires,arrange to obtain existing data. - Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction. - Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. - Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and services to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. - Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills. - Creativity on business thinking, planning and organization skills. - Understanding B2B marketing principles and strategies on telecom industry. - With analytical mind, critical thinking careful attention to detail ability. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Job motivation and interest, team working, self-management and multitasking ability. - Full working knowledge with Windows and the Office suite. - Good knowledge in Power BI and TABLEAU - Work Experience: At least 2 to 3 years' experience in B2B marketing field. - Education: M.S. / B.S. in Management/Business/Marketing or related fields.
