Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in business-to-business (B2B) and HORECA sector - Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of Sales supervisors & Sales Rep. to pursue prospects, promote products, offer B2B solutions and achieve sales targets - Market expansion and seeking for new customers in B2B and HORECA scope - Monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule - Monitor financial transactions and make sure on-time payment from B2B is in-progress based on agreed time lines - Prepare volume forecasts and plans and cascade to team members after obtaining approvals - Accountable for wholesale development projects and Trade & Marketing activities, competition activities, product launches and other relevant activities in this channel

Requirements

- FMCG experience, preferably in modern trade and B2B channels - Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders (Internal and external) - Contract management and dealing with retailers, modern trade clients, service providers, etc. - Strong influencing and negotiations skills - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills - Strong team management skills to coach and develop direct reports
