Job Description

• Visits HoReCa & B2B customers especially schools and university (sep- oct)/Visits wholesalers as per defined daily routes and collect orders • Knows Tehran province, scan the region & seek for new customers, determine their interests also short-and long- term needs • Analyze market size, wholesalers - contractor of schools & competitor’s position from collected data & • Focus on snack bar & catering of schools • Looking for potential new clients and buyers, negotiates with customers and determines their interests also short & long- term needs, attracts them • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Controls/manages level of returns (PPED) • Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets. • Prepares regular reports of visits each week and state simple & clear idea • Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends • Verify the collaboration of clients that quit with our company, deal with their complaints & make anew effective cooperation. • Control the credit of customers, check the term of settlement & handle buyers to pay open invoice. It is worth mentioning that payment of all schools are cash in way.

Requirements

• BA degree in related field • Excellent communication & strong negotiation technique • Excellent in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook • Proactive and creative thinker • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive attitudes • Field work 95% of the time, 5% of the time with Superior (SSV) to review the day and Month to Date results and Action Plan • Tough competition with high pressure on results
