Job Description

Hardware Engineer in Crouse R&D is responsible for electronic design and test of automobile electronic units such as ECU, Radio, Body Control Unit and etc. with these main duties: - Analyze and realize system level technical requirements - Extract hardware level design requirements - Design analog and digital circuits - Simulate the circuit - Perform worst case circuit analysis - Perform failure-based analysis on the circuit (FMEA, FTA) - Write electronic design report - Prepare PCB layout requirement specification and supervise PCB design - Prepare test coverage analysis - Prepare hardware test plan, and test tools requirements - Prepare test software requirements - Perform hardware tests and report (Electrical, EMC, and Mechanical) - Prepare required production inputs such as BOM, Instructions, etc. - Support production for defected parts investigation and continuous improvements
