About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran. About the team: Behind the scenes, a giant infrastructure consisting of hundreds of services and terabytes of data supports each and every trip on Snapp. At the heart of this infrastructure are both map data and services. The Maps Team owns services like ETA, place search, and live location enhancement, and collects and refines the map data. Our day-to-day job is enhancing our services and answering to business needs of Snapp Group and its partners by developing new features and services. Responsibilities: ● Assist in impact analysis and data analysis. ● Assist in product discovery projects. ● Assist in defining product long-term roadmap. ● Write product documentation. ● Help the team meet the commitments. ● Follow up on the dependencies and blockers in the team and out of that. ● Own some parts of a product and actively assist in all of its aspects.

Requirements

● 1 year of experience in product area (essential). ● Problem-solving and analytical skills (essential). ● Accountability and ownership (essential). ● Communication and team working (essential). ● Knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL, and Excel (preferred). ● IT, Software, Computer Science background (desirable).
